Haykaz Fanyan is a management consultant with more than 10 years of experience. He is experienced in elaborating business plans, feasibility studies, financial models, conducting market studies, macro-economic and sector analyses, and developing sectoral policies. Over his career, he participated in more than 80 consulting projects. He has rich experience working with donor agencies, was involved in a number of projects financed/implemented by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Austrian Development Agency, GIZ, USAID, Save the Children, has worked closely with state bodies. Mr. Fanyan is also the director of the Armenian Center for Socio-Economic Studies (ACSES) and a founding board member of the “Export Armenia” Association of Export Professionals.
