- In 2023, 70 IT companies were included in the list of 1000 large taxpayers, and they provided a net income of AMD 75 billion for the state budget, which is AMD 23 billion or 44% more than previous year.
- The IT companies included in the list of 1000 largest taxpayers together provided 3.9% of the total income supervised by the State Revenue Committee (SRC).
- 70 IT companies together paid AMD 9.5 billion as profit tax, of which 18% or AMD 1.7 billion paid by Veeam Armenia.
- In the case of 5 out of 20 companies, paid taxes decreased (Picsart, Energize Global Services, VMware, Quantori and DataArt). In the case of Picsart and Energize Global Services, the decrease was mainly due to reductions in profit tax and income tax payments, in the case of Quantori - reductions in income tax payments.
Note: The taxes paid by each company is calculated as the difference between the total amount paid by the company and the amounts returned to the unified account in terms of VAT and excise tax.
