Public-private partnership projects are an important factor of economic development in a number of countries, especially developing ones. As a rule, investments in this form are mainly implemented in infrastructure projects: road construction, construction of power plants and reservoirs.
The legal frameworks for public-private partnership in Armenia were created relatively recently, in 2019, and developments in this direction are still far from sufficient.
