Top IT taxpayers | Q1-2024/25

In the first quarter of 2025, 76 IT companies were among the 1000 largest taxpayers, contributing a total of AMD 19.0 billion to the state budget. This marks a decrease of AMD 337.5 million compared to the contributions of IT companies among the 1,000 largest taxpayers during the same period in 2024.

In January-March 2025, the IT companies included in the list of 1000 largest taxpayers together provided 3.4% of the total income supervised by the State Revenue Committee.

76 IT companies together paid AMD 1,453 million in profit tax, with Synopsys Armenia contributing 14.1% of this amount, equivalent to AMD 205 million.

For 11 out of the top 20 IT taxpayer companies, the taxes paid decreased, with Veeam Armenia experiencing the most significant decline, primarily due to reduced income tax payments.

The taxes paid by each company are calculated as the difference between the total amount paid by the company and the amounts returned to the unified account in terms of VAT and excise tax.
