
In 2024, 80 IT companies were among the 1,000 largest taxpayers, contributing a total of AMD 84.4 billion to the state budget. This marks an increase of AMD 452 million compared to the contributions of IT companies among the 1,000 largest taxpayers in 2023.
The IT companies included in the list of 1000 largest taxpayers together provided 3.5% of the total income supervised by the State Revenue Committee (SRC).
80 IT companies together paid AMD 12 billion in profit tax, with Synopsys Armenia contributing 11.6% of this amount, equivalent to AMD 1.4 billion.
For 9 out of the top 20 IT taxpayer companies, the taxes paid decreased, with Veeam Armenia experiencing the most significant decline, primarily due to reduced income tax payments.
The taxes paid by each company are calculated as the difference between the total amount paid by the company and the amounts returned to the unified account in terms of VAT and excise tax.
