As of July 2022, there are 2195 enterprises (individual entrepreneurs, LLC, CJSC) represented in the RA IT services sector, of which 788 have 1 employee (including those individual entrepreneurs who do not have hired employees).
Due to the Russian-Ukrainian war, many companies have moved from Russia to Armenia, in particular, 5 of the 20 largest employers in the field of IT services in Armenia are such companies.
Note: IT services sector includes enterprises that carry out their business activity under the following classifiers: J58.2, J62, and J63.1, and the total share of one or more of these activities in the total turnover of the enterprise is greater than 50%. For that reason, companies like SoftConstruct and Digitain are not included in this list.
