In 2024, 39% of the taxpayers on Armenia's list of the 1000 largest taxpayers were involved in trade. These 385 large taxpayers contributed AMD 637 billion to the state budget, representing 27% of the total revenue collected by the SRC.
Other major taxpaying sectors include manufacturing and financial and insurance activities. The large taxpayers in these sectors contributed AMD 258 billion and AMD 159 billion, respectively, to the state budget.
Overall, large taxpayers from the three largest sectors collectively accounted for 44% of the total revenue collected by the SRC.
