With a score of 46.67, Armenia surpasses countries such as Türkiye (40.20), Kazakhstan (38.58), and Azerbaijan (46.19), as well as the average for upper-middle-income countries (43.53). Nonetheless, it significantly trails behind leaders like Switzerland (78.96), USA (76.60), Finland (74.35), Estonia (64.29) and the UAE (62.56).
The GTCI combines six pillars that assess what countries do to produce and acquire talent (enable, attract, grow, retain) and the kind of skills that are available to them as a result (vocational and technical skills, global knowledge skills)․
