In 2022, 3,697,258 passengers arrived and departed from Armenia, which is 54% more than last year. Passenger transportation carried out by Armenian airplanes amounted to 951 thousand, which is 3.1 times more than in 2021.
Russia (55.2% of the total air transportation), the United Arab Emirates (6.0%), Egypt (4.5%), Austria (3.5%), and France (3.1%) were the main destinations of air transportation in 2022.
